Interview
Very easy process there were no tests. I had 2 phone interviews that were a breeze, then went to the headquarters where I had 3 more interviews. I received a phone call within 2 days of being there with a job offer. It was honestly the easiest interview process I have ever been through. This in itself is a little scary. I was supposed to be interviewed by one manager, but she was too busy so decided we would just sit in the employee cafeteria over lunch. She never once asked about any qualifications, rather just talked like we were best friends. The other 2 interviews only lasted an hour. I was supposed to take a test, but the one interviewer wanted to interview me as soon as I got there so they even skipped the test. There was no background check, which again is a little scary

2. Manager Interview - with direct reporting manager
3. Director Interview -with manager's direct reporting
4. HR Discussion - this was the weirdest part. After the first three went well, the HR person gave me a listing of benefits and then ghosted me. I never heard from them again.,

I had to record myself answering questions for the first part of the interview, which was slightly awkward. The next step was a phone interview with a manager and then a Skype interview. The phone interview went well, and I actually talk with the employee now. The skype interview was awkward and the employee seemed distracted.
