Interview
Had a video interview with recorded questions where I had a short time to prepare and record an answer and with both timed and untimed programming exercises. Had a phone interview the week after and received an offer about a month after that. I did not like the video interview since there was no feedback from an interviewer, but had a very good experience with the phone screen.
