Originally contacted after applying online for a phone interview with HR. They asked about my résumé and followed up with what would you do if this happened question. Also asked a few technical questions like what is HTML, HTTP, what port does SSL use. Once completed they set up a 3 hour on site visit. I interviewed with 2 support managers, account manager, director of support and sat with a representative. Once completed took a small priority test on how I would handle each situation and in which order. I heard back after around a week with an offer.

Interview
First step in the process was an online interview that records your responses to an assortment of questions. Nothing technical, just experiences.
Next step was a 4 hour onsite. This included a skills test on a computer and around 3 hours of meeting with different members of the company. All employees seemed genuinely interested in learning more about me and making sure I would be a good fit within the company. Only one or two technical questions, but mostly scenario questions.

Interview
Phone interview which was pretty straightforward, then an in person interview. Interviewed with 3-4 people for 30 min each, then had an hour to shadow someone on the job. Did a couple of mock phone calls and simple exercises.
