I applied online for one role that I didn't get, but their talent pool identified me as a viable candidate for another role. I applied for that and was fast-tracked into a panel interview, followed by a couple of 1-on-1 calls with the hiring manager.

What are some of the things that drive you in your current role?
Former employee interested in returning. I previously felt very highly of the company, but the interview process this time was disappointing. After being told my background was a strong fit, I was completely ghosted—no updates, good or bad. The lack of communication makes it seem like the company may have changed for the worse. Even if there is eventual interest, the experience leaves me hesitant to pursue further.
