They moved me to a Hirevue interview, which involved recording answers to a series of questions. Then a video interview with the Manager and Team Lead of the team, followed by a video interview with the principal consultant on the team. During each step of the processes, Blackbaud's recruiting team reached out via phone and asked whether I wanted to continue on in the process. The whole process took about a month.
