Bloomingdale's Executive Development Program interview questions

Early rounds were quite easy. The interviewers (campus recruiters) were extremely nice and relatable. They were genuinely interested in getting to know you. The final round interviews lasted over two days. It included testing, hour interviews and a shadowing experience. It might have just been my specific interviewer, but the employees I met were not as enthusiastic and genuine as the campus recruiters.

I applied online and received a request for a phone interview about 3 weeks later. After the initial phone interview, which consisted of situational and personal questions, I was asked to complete a 2 hour long online logic assessment. Around 2 weeks later I was asked to do a second round over skype with two different interviewers, and then was invited to NYC for final rounds. Final round was awesome -- you get to chat with current EDP buyers and planners (even shadow one for an hour), the CEO came and spoke during lunch, and generally everyone was very welcoming and did not make you feel uncomfortable or intimidated. Overall an amazing experience.
