A while back, I only had an initial HR meeting and was not impressed with the experience. The person who met with me was very judgmental for no good reason. Also having only 31 applicants doesn’t mean the position is “very competitive”. The person was very old timey, a very old school traditional way of conducting a poor interview. Overall left a bad taste in my mouth. I had expected more from a digital forward large retailer, one of the last ones standing but this whole experience did not reflect what they stand for and don’t seem future forward
