I initially received an email to schedule an interview. I was able to schedule for the next day. I met with the HR manager. She then asked if I was able to go straight in to part two of the process by meeting with a department manager. Both asked lots of questions about past experience and then I had to do a test phone call. I was asked to come back about a week later to meet with a store manager. She was also really nice. We did a walk through of the department and was asked to tell what I thought was good, bad or other. After that I spoke with the department manager again and she made an offer.
