The interview process was relatively straight forward. I applied and a week later received an email from a recruiter to schedule a phone interview. The following week I had my phone interview and was told that the next step was to complete an assessment to see "if i was a good fit". The assessment was not difficult (just take your time). A few days later, I was informed that I was a good fit, unfortunately there were a few candidates already in final interview stages
