Interview with the department manager was very rushed and he seemed overwhelmed since a lot of his staff was unhappy. The starting pay was very low and since I filled out an application on-line which I specifically stated my desired wage I was immediately turned off. The manager was not surprised at my reaction.

Online application. Called in for interview. Asked to come back for 2nd interview. Waiting on call back. Interviewer was preoccupied with cell phone. Made to wait 30 minutes. Asked same question twice. When I asked pay scale, was told I would get all of my questions answered in second interview. The job would be a second source of income for me thankfully because I almost turned down the position, however the hrs fit my schedule and the pay rate made up for it.
