I have never experienced such a unprofessional process as with Bloomingdales. The first interviewer was late 20 minutes( not a big deal) inexperienced with the company and unable to answer key questions. I left unimpressed with Bloomingdales. The second interview, one week later was no better. This time the manager, was unaware of our meeting, I was treated as an imposition ..totally uncomfortable. I was told next steps would be discussed. ( based on my personal experience, I would never work in this location!) I never so much as received a follow up email! If this is the way other candidates were treated, it's no wonder the position has been open for months.
