I applied online. I was contacted for an interview within four days. Each interview before mine was only 15 minutes long. My interview lasted a bit longer, before I had a lot of questions. I was told that I would hear back and be notified if I would move on to the next phase of the interview with the design team. I was notified within a couple of days and had a second interview.
