I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Bloomingdale's (New York, NY) in Feb 2019
Interview
I applied online as a sales specials at the Bloomingdales Soho location. I received an email in less than an hour to schedule in a group interview. I scheduled mine 2 days after I got the email at 11 am.
I was the first one to arrive there and there were only 4 of us who were interviewed. We were seated in their office with the HR. She seemed nice and didn’t make us feel intimidated. I was still nervous tho. She made us fill out the paper for our availability before she started the interview.
After the interview, she asked us what position we wanted and if we were looking for part time or full time. She told us that she’s gonna contact us within a week. It’s hasn’t been a week so I haven’t heard anything back from them yet.
It was remote, fast and easy. Two step process, first with the HR manager, later with Sales Manager. A few questions related to my job experience. It was important to be flexible with your schedule.
The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Bloomingdale's (Boca Raton, FL) in Mar 2019
Interview
Really quick! Took only about three days. I interviewed with one other person and a manager and then one on one with another manager. It was a really relaxed interview and felt like a conversation
