Interview
It was quite brash and rushed. The office in the Chicago location was a hidden dingy office. The wals were dirty, the furniture was cheap and falling apart. It was not well maintained at all. The interview didn't go that bad, I just lost interest after seeing the working conditions. I don't think their policies translate well to the contemporary desires of a fashion buyer.
The interview process wasn’t hard but it was basically long because you had to watch a lot of videos and just wait there for instructions after. But other than that it was quick and easy
It was a group interview process for when they were opening a new store, they then selected candidates for individual interviews that were held the same day. There was a final round on a different day
Two in person interviews with the department manager and you are required also to do a video interview speaking about yourself. It took a week to receive a job offer.
