I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bloomingdale's in Feb 2019
Interview
There were 3 interviews, and since they liked me after the 3rd interview I was also given a chance to speak to the store manager at the location I was interviewing for. The first is a quick phone call with a rep from human resources, the second focused on situational "what would you do if..." kinds of things, and the third was mostly behavioral and why you'd be a good fit for the role.
