I applied online on the companies website. I received and email 2 days later to schedule an interview. I went to the interview and waited about 25 minutes to be seen. The HR lady that interviewed was very nice and friendly. She makes you feel comfortable. We went over my past work experience, and she also worked in interview questions in the process. I was asked the basic questions like Why do you want to work for Bloomingdales?, What is outstanding customer service in your opinion, What would is your idea of an ideal manager? In the end, she told me she had no part time positions for the position i was looking for and she would keep my application pending. She gave me her card and told me to contact her.

Informative, motivating, sitting with hiring manager discussing work histories and what I can expect from the role. It was a good interview and straight forward. I knew exactly what to expect if hired into the sales professional role

It went well. Getting a few questions but it was mainly to get more of an idea of my pass work experience. The person that interviewed me had a great personality. Answered all my questions and actually made me want to work at Bloomingdale’s even more.

The interview process was Fast, easy, over online, within a few days got hired after submitting my resume. Had a couple of over the phone conversations with my new manager welcoming me and letting me know more about the availability of my position.
