My first interview, when the lady head I had no experience she literally stood up and shoved me out the door! LOL
Second time was a guy, he told me the lady that was supposed to interview me was not there. How professional they want you to have open availability, be reliable, trust worthy. And they don't even show up to do their OWN job that they promised they would do with you. LAWL
He asked me basic questions, he seemed nice but seemed lost. lol
Straight forward as expected. Tell me about yourself, why are you interested in this role, what makes you a good fit for this role, how would you deal with a challenging customer, what is your favorite brand/designer, how would you uphold the Bloomingdales standard?

Started with a simple overview of my past experience, mainly walking through my CV. The hiring manager was friendly and made the conversation feel comfortable, and the interview was straightforward, structured, and easy to follow overall.
it was a seamless and easy interview process. this was several years ago so it may be different now but overall not difficult. there were about 2-3 rounds of interviews
