I only had one interview with them that lasted about an hour

Applied online and received an email asking me top schedule an interview time with the human resource manager. She was very cold, asked me a series of generic interview questions, cut me off as I was answering the questions and looked wholey uninterested in hiring me.
I followed up a week later and was scheduled a second interview with the department manager. She was extremely warm, didn't really ask me any job related questions, gave me a tour of the store and introduced me to everyone is be working with. I received a call the next day.
