I had a really nice interview experience. I had the first interview with the sales manager of the department I was interviewing for. I had the second interview with her boss, the group manager, who asked a lot of questions about my previous work experience (especially my experience with another department store). I was hired for the job during this second interview.

It was a few years ago so I don't remember most of the questions. The most difficult question was during the second interview when I was asked for the name of the manager I worked for at the other department store. Luckily, I remembered the woman's name because I had not worked for the other retailer for over ten years.
Straight forward as expected. Tell me about yourself, why are you interested in this role, what makes you a good fit for this role, how would you deal with a challenging customer, what is your favorite brand/designer, how would you uphold the Bloomingdales standard?

Started with a simple overview of my past experience, mainly walking through my CV. The hiring manager was friendly and made the conversation feel comfortable, and the interview was straightforward, structured, and easy to follow overall.
it was a seamless and easy interview process. this was several years ago so it may be different now but overall not difficult. there were about 2-3 rounds of interviews
