I met with the HR first, then the department manager. those two just asked customer service, experience based questions, nothing complicated. then, they were supposed to call me back for a 3rd interview with someone else, and they never did! this was the second time bloomingdale's done that to me.

Started with a simple overview of my past experience, mainly walking through my CV. The hiring manager was friendly and made the conversation feel comfortable, and the interview was straightforward, structured, and easy to follow overall.
