I applied online before the pandemic, and I waited over a month for response. I finally received a notice for a phone interview. The interviewers were more interested in who I knew and who I had worked with before than whether or not I was suited for the position I applied for. I found out later they had already selected a candidate for the position before they called me. It was a waste of my time.
