Interview
Met recruiters at the career fair. They liked me and invited me to the info session and networking session. Got a first round interview, which consisted of a 30-minute behavior interview and a 30-minute case study. Did pretty well in both, and got a final interview at the store, which consisted of two more behavioral interviews with the HR Director and General Manager. They never contacted me after the second interview, though I checked in once.

Interview
Process was quick and consisted of a phone interview, a online questionnaire, a video conference call, followed by the in person interview. The in person interview was very long - it starts early in the morning and lasted until the evening. A full day of activities and interviews. Overall, employees were nice and easy to talk to.

After applying online, I took a short logic assessment, then was invited to interview over video. It was two back to back 30 min interviews. One was with a recruiter and one was with someone in the program. Both were very nice and friendly. Mainly behavioral questions, and some situational questions having to do with fashion trends.

Four interviews. The first was on skype with a recruiter who found me on LinkedIn. Then another skype interview with someone who was involved with the EDP program. Then two skype interviews on the same day with HR staff of the store I was hired at.
