There were two 30 minute interviews with different employers. The first analyst who I interviewed with was more based on past experience and how I would deal with different problems. The second interview was more personality based. Asked questions about my values etc. The process was pretty quick because it was part of on campus recruiting. There was a night before info session and then the two interviews the next day. They are supposed to tell me by the end of the month if I go the position or not. I think it's really important to show interest in the company because they really want people who are passionate.
