Interview
Two rounds of video interviews, then the next round is a two day stint in their headquarters in NYC. We are presented to, and given the opportunity to network, shadow some employees. The second day is group interviews, one on one interview/store walk through, and then a group/project presentation. For the group project/presentation we were given a series of financials (sales data for 4-5 brands for a few months) and tasked with presenting a sales plan. We were observed 'working together' for the first 30 minutes - which makes it kind of difficult if you're not the loudest person on the team. Then we presented to other applicants and employees.

Interview
They reached out to me initially. In addition to the first interview they ask you to take an hour long assessment. I would have liked to not have had to take the assessment if they knew they were going to reject me.
Everyone was very welcoming and nice throughout the recruitment process. People are very willing to answer your questions about the company . The first round is behavioral. They do lots of campus recruiting.
