I don't know what the interview process for a full time employee is but I interviewed as a temp (which to my understanding they hire a lot of) It was so quick and on the spot that I didn't even realize that I had been hired until they handed me HR paperwork. I started within 2 day.

First the HR guy made me and three other candidates wait for 15 minutes. Second, I found out while waiting that they were interviewing three of us for the Executive position and one other interviewing for cosmetics. ( Group Interview) . Third, INTERVIEW QUESTIONS-the most unrealistic questions asked no connections to what I expected and not related to the job description here you go : So, if you had to grab one thing with you from your home what would it be, and where would you go. Then, What has my past life experiences taught me and how it has changed me. Finally, how do I get informed about the fashion market?
