at the beginning, it is a group interview. all interviewees seat together with three interviewers. firstly, interviewees are required to introduce themselves one by one. then, interviewers start asking questions, every interviewee has to answer it (cannot skip questions). then, interviewees are required to fill out some forms and leave the conference room and wait outside. then, interviewer starts seeing each interviewee personally and ask specific questions about positions they apply for.

Very friendly, i met the HR manager, then the floor manager, then the GM. That was amazing! I was interviewed for retail sales, but they ended up offering me different position after meeting me.
Unfortunately COVID lockdown in Chicago stopped the whole process!
