apply on online, meet with department and store manager. Tip: don't wait for them to call you. you should call first to ask if your resumes been reviewed. I also went to the location to drop off a hard copy of my resume to the department manager i wanted to hire me and the hr office. I was interviewed by the department and store manger separate times.

Was recruited. Scheduled a group interview. I was offered a hiring position day of. Declined it.
Everyone there was super chill and nice, they had 4 managers doing the group interview then you were broken into which manager would want you in their prospective department. They were nice and professional about everything.

I applied online & the next day I got an email asking me to schedule for a group interview. I went to the group interview a week later and there were 2 other people. It was very short and informative. The day after my group interview I was called for a one on one interview with the manager of the department and was hired for a full time position on the spot.
My enthusiasm, knowledge of fashion, and info about Bloomingdale's definitely helped. It was an overall great process

Very easy, hour long interview laid back. sat down spoke briefly about why I like bloomingdales and what kind of experience I have from shopping there in my past. interview was very laid back and began chatting like we knew eachother. only had to meet one on one no group interview. interviewed with department manager
