I was called in for a group interview. The HR rep really liked all of the interviewees and proceeded to call in some department managers to come interview us. I then had a a one on one interview with the head of fashion accessories.

Started with a simple overview of my past experience, mainly walking through my CV. The hiring manager was friendly and made the conversation feel comfortable, and the interview was straightforward, structured, and easy to follow overall.
it was a seamless and easy interview process. this was several years ago so it may be different now but overall not difficult. there were about 2-3 rounds of interviews
