Interview
I dressed to impress and was interviewed briefly by an HR rep who talked to me about Bloomingdale's and asked about some things on my resume. He then called in a floor manager for the spot he thought he felt I would fit in best. The manager was very sweet made it very casual by talking to me about the clothes and the job description and asked a few easy questions about myself.

Tell me why you think Bloomingdale's would be a great place to work?
The interview process wasn’t hard but it was basically long because you had to watch a lot of videos and just wait there for instructions after. But other than that it was quick and easy
It was a group interview process for when they were opening a new store, they then selected candidates for individual interviews that were held the same day. There was a final round on a different day
Two in person interviews with the department manager and you are required also to do a video interview speaking about yourself. It took a week to receive a job offer.
