I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bloomingdale's (New York, NY) in Mar 2015
Interview
Group interview, then had 3 different one on one interviews before they offered me a position. Met with few different managers, and it was a little confusing because each time I was asked to come back I met with someone from a different department. Also the group interview in the beginning was very open format, felt like the whole process was very dragged out.

Question 1
What was a difficult client situation, and how did you handle in?
The interview process wasn’t hard but it was basically long because you had to watch a lot of videos and just wait there for instructions after. But other than that it was quick and easy
It was a group interview process for when they were opening a new store, they then selected candidates for individual interviews that were held the same day. There was a final round on a different day
Two in person interviews with the department manager and you are required also to do a video interview speaking about yourself. It took a week to receive a job offer.
