I Applied online, I submitted my resume and cover letter and then I was sent a link with info videos and questions. I had to film myself answering questions it was about 10 questions, relatively easy questions, I felt prepared to answer them after reading them through a few times

Interview
Online interview (video style), I received a call the day after applying, scheduled an in-person interview, had two phone interviews and this whole time there was no number spoken for the pay. The online listing was $19-$29. A huge range. I would not have applied, had I known I’d be offered less than the median as a licensed cosmetologist, with a bachelor’s degree and work experience in the industry.
Long and difficult. Many different rounds with many people at all different leveled. The most difficult was with Human Resources. For the pay and for having a bachelor’s degree I found it to be of a corporate job.
