Interview
I applied online and HR interviewed me to get information on my experience and salary requirements. HR was amazing! She really tried to understand what I was looking for and then letting me know what different positions are available right now that fit my requirements and experience. I was asked to choose one to move forward with. I then was scheduled for an in-person interview with the hiring manager, which was super easy and more conversational. I was sent an assessment to complete and it actually takes 1-2 hours and consists of various personality questions and critical thinking questions (felt like I was taking the SAT's again!).
