Interview
One can expect a total of 2-3 rounds. Prior experience in working on Blue Yonder / JDA solutions really helps.
Round 1: You can expect questions on Supply chain. Basics of Supply chain and knowledge of tackling problems. Approach, how and why the strategy worked for you. Also expect questions on key issues / problems faced and how you solved it.
Round 2: More in-depth implementation experience. For consulting roles, the question would be centered around key clients, their domains and what solution was implemented.
Round3: Pay and role expectations.
