      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Boeing (Seattle, WA) in Oct 2018

      Interview

Smooth and comfortable! There were 4 interviewers, from different teams who analysed and asked questions during the interview. They started off with basic background questions and later shifted to behavioral questions. The behavioral questions were to be answered in STAR format, that is SITUATION, TASK, ACTION and RESULT. If at any time they didn't get something, they asked follow up questions, but in a positive way. The interviewers were good and since I was a bit nervous made a little comfortable. They were fun to talk to ! Overall, it was nice and I got a chance to speak about all my achievements. The interview was almost an hour, be prepared to do most of the talking. Explain your scenario well and give all the details, specially technical ones. For example, talk about the specific languages you used, be it front end, back end or programming ones. Just provide all the necessary details. They focus on your technical knowledge and your behavior.
