      Interview

They used the star method with their questions. There was a panel of about 5 people. They asked 5-6 questions. The HR department was a little backlogged and the selection process took a long time.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Boeing in May 2022

      Interview

Applied April 22. Talent Advisor emailed on April 25 to set up phone call to discuss next steps. Called same day, and went through a few short questions (salary requirements, basic info). Set up interview with hiring manager on April 28. First interview was with hiring manager one one other manager. Interview consisted of one normal question (what experience do you have that makes you qualified for this role?) and 3 behavioral questions. Interview went really well, but was told they were hiring for 2 identical positions. They had already selected a candidate for this first position and told me to apply to the second and that I would not need to interview again. I submitted application for the identical second requisition same day after interview. As expected, denial letter for first requisition on May 4. Then, 3 weeks of silence. I did reach out for an update on the second requisition, but no response. On May 18, same Talent Advisor reached out again with identical email to set up phone call. I called and was asked the same screening questions and asked when I would like to set up an interview. I explained the hiring manager told me to apply to this second requisition and wouldn't need to interview. She called the hiring manager while I was on the phone, then explained that she wanted me to go through another interview. No big deal, second interview set for 5/23. Second interview was with larger panel, hiring manager and 3 others in similar roles to position. same exact questions as first interview. Interview went as good as the first. 5/26, second denial email.
