There was one phone interview with a team member that was fairly basic. Then, the in-person interview included the hiring manager and three other members of the team. The interview was held in a smaller conference room and each person took turns asking me questions about my experience (mostly behavioral). The questions were standard - very similar to the questions I saw posted on here. About one week later, the team called and inform me that although I interviewed well, they had another candidate in mind that had more experience with contracts, specifically. Nice people, good experience.
