The interview was at a conference and was all behavioral, STAR method questions. Some questions were about going more in depth on resume bullet points. Interviewed in person by two people that would be on the same team.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Boeing (Mesa, AZ) in Jan 2020

I Got a phone interview where they asked the structured interview questions from Boeing. Shortly after I got a follow-up interview onsite in Mesa, the in-person interview had the same questions as the phone interview and there weren't really any surprise questions. After the interview they took me on a tour of the facility. They called the next day to give me an offer.
