First interview was with the head of the team (no initial HR / recruiter screening). The questions weren't the standard ones I have heard in other interviews. They focused more on assessing your fit for this specific role and if you'd be a good for for a start-up in general. And some of the questions also seemed very personal (e.g. what is a misconception about you, what "risks" do you pose) rather than focusing on my work experience or how I'd approach specific types of problems
After the interview they never got back in touch with me to let me know that I would not be moving forward (which I obviously assumed on my own after weeks of radio silence)
