A very long drawn out process. Lasted about 2-3 Months over the course of at least 6 interviews. In contact with about 3 different people from HR, showing lack of coordination. During a phase of their busy period for about 3 weeks, there was no contact after emailing multiple times leading me to believe I didn't advance. Out of the blue they reached out again and essentially had me repeat the last round again. A week later they said they went with someone else who fit better. But saw a new job posting for this position. Overall unnecessarily long and drawn out with lack of communication. With a position like this, it seems as though they want someone with a 100% exact skills and not someone to learn and grow (a fundamental skill for any sysadmin). If this is the case, they should go ahead and get a contractor.
