I applied for the account manager role through LinkedIn. I was contacted by a recruiter who was very nice and walked me through the role pretty efficiently. I was then informed of a mock Account Review that I would be conducting on the next step of the process. Unfortunately the recruiter forgot to send me the account review for the second step so during that interview it was extremely awkward. Third step is where the actual account review took place. The process was awkward and I received little to no feedback after it took place. Then the recruiter reached back out to me. Most of the feedback was positive, however the constructive feedback did not build enough of a case as to why I wasn't a strong enough candidate to move forward. I thought the entire process was a bit disorganized and the hiring managers did not really want to get to know me as a candidate.
