Booz Allen Hamilton Consultant/Senior Consultant interview questions

Contacted via phone from HR to set up a day to come in. Spent all morning interviewing with the hiring manager and then 4 separate team members. HR also covered the basics of benefits.

There was first a phone interview, followed by a flyout to interview with four employees of the firm. They didn't ask me any trick questions. I knew beforehand that I would be a good fit, so I just told them my "story", basically how my education, interests and experience fit well with the position that I was interviewing for. No case study questions. One piece of advice that I would offer is that, during the interview, people should clarify whether they are being hired for a particular project or to build up "bench strength".
