I applied online. I interviewed at Boston Children's Hospital
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter to schedule an interview after applying online. I interviewed with 3 individuals separately (Recruiter, Program Manager, Program Director). The interviews were rather casual and felt more like a conversation. HR let you know in advance exactly who you were talking to and their positions in advance and each interview was about 20-30 minutes. The only negative was that no one ever let me know my application status after the interview. I had to call and ask to find out I was not offered the job.

“do you have experience working with doctors and how do you communicate with them?”
Did a call with HR, was not a great experience. She emailed me to schedule a call, never received a call. I sent a follow up email letting her know that I rescheduled for another day. She proceeded to call on a different day than I scheduled, and rushed the interview too.
