One 30 minute phone interview with HR recruiter and one 2 hour in person interview. It took about 2-3 weeks for them to make an offer but they stayed in touch during that period. The recruiter was very helpful and made the process less stressful.

15 minute phone screening as the very first round. Spoke with HR, was asked some basic questions along the lines of “tell me about yourself” and “why do you want to work at BCH?”

“do you have experience working with doctors and how do you communicate with them?”
Did a call with HR, was not a great experience. She emailed me to schedule a call, never received a call. I sent a follow up email letting her know that I rescheduled for another day. She proceeded to call on a different day than I scheduled, and rushed the interview too.
