Boston Proper interview questions

Quick to receive a call but Long process with multiple people in one round. Overall it was about 2 hours with 3 different people. Everyone was very friendly and informative.

Typical phone screen with HR followed by one phone interview and a Skype interview. I found everyone to be helpful and enthusiastic about their roles, the company and future company Direction. Each interview lasted 30 minutes to an hour with the individuals. The only thing that I was a turn off was that the offer came from a teammate and not from HR directly. I also found their pay scales to be low for both the apparel industry and location. Besides that it was a positive experience.
