Very in depth. I had two telephone screenings along with a 3 hour interview later on with 3 different people in the company. It was a bit overwhelming but it was a relief because they out a lot of discussion into who they want within the company.

Recruiter at Adecco Creative contacted me then I sent work sample relevant to the client. Interviewed by phone with recruiter for 30min 2nd Interview by phone 1hour with Director of Technical Design 3rd Interview on site and skills assessment test including spec, fit, pattern revision for dress, pant (denim), Jacket, C&S knit top, & Sweater.
