Interview
So.. after having lived in the DVM area for 6 months and have applied for many companies, I was referred by an employee who works directly in one of Bozzuto's beautiful properties. I was contacted after I initially applied online by their amazing and great recruiter Kathleen. I honestly never felt so comfortable on the phone from the first time as much as I felt talking to Kathleen who sounded extremely happy and positive. I understood that Bozzuto is a company that cares about talent and good employees. They seem to be on the right directions and seem to know what they are doing. It sounded like Kathleen LOVES working there and that alone excited me a lot! I HIGHLY recommend Bozzuto!!

Interview
Overall this process has been draining. I initially applied for the position and didn't receive an interview invitation three weeks later. My interview through hirevue (which is the first step of the process) was on December 7 2016, it is now the 26th of December and I have yet to hear anything from anyone. It could be due to the holidays, but so far the process has been frustrating. I know for a fact that they send out declining emails because before I got my interview I applied several times and got a no, so not hearing from them after two weeks is disheartening.
