Brain Balance Sensory-Motor Coach interview questions

The hiring process consisted of submitting a resume, and an interview with the program director. They pretty much go over what you do as a sensory motor coach, let you observe a bit, and ask you questions about your degree and professional interests. Since you will be working with children, they try to get a sense of you personality, patience, and ability to manage and work with younger children.

Group interview, asked basic questions about base pay and availability. The owners of this facility are a married couple who are friendly but have little to offer someone with relevant education. This job is for someone out of high school with child care experience.
