I had a 3 round interview process. Every step had information clearly provided and friendly staff. The interview was held over zoom and they do a great job at answering questions throughout the process.
They ran a soft credit pull on me. Now, it is common in Finance to run hard pulls for leadership positions, but not for entry level positions. The interviewers were all very nice and experience positive, however, I was ghosted even after I made attempts to follow up. The hiring manager did say the hours were not going to be 9-5, which is expected in a start-up. However, the offered compensation did not reflect the differential in work hours compared to a larger organization with good work-life-balance. This would likely lead to high turnover if the role is offered.
