Worst interview process I’ve ever experienced in my life. The phone screen and first 2 interviews were fine but the third one was super stuffy and they seemed to have not read my resume in advance. I found the vp to be quite condescending but still tried to stay positive. They led the process on for 7 weeks before sending a rejection!!! SEVEN weeks! Furthermore, I’ve reached out for feedback and have been completely ghosted. Another recruiter there indicated he would call about other roles and then also ghosted. No explanation.
