I thought the interview process was going so well, then after my 3rd interview, I didn’t hear from anyone. I reached out to HR to get some feedback and it has been a month now with no response. I guess I should feel blessed in a sense. Why would anyone want to work for a company that cannot communicate with qualified candidates and just ghost them? It’s only common courtesy to let the individual know that they were not selected. Not much to ask. Good luck to this Company.
